HRMC provides the following Maritime Training and Services:
·Training teams and the use of several first class establishments in the Middle East, South East Asia and the United Kingdom, to teach students to a standard that will enable them to carry out anti-piracy drills in an effective and safe manner.
·Provision of a Ship Security Plan (SSP), so that the Captain and Crew have procedures in place to deal with security matters on a daily basis and at all levels.
·Training or provision of a Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) approved Company Security Officer (CSO) for the vessel.
·Bi-annual General Security Assessments highlighting trouble spots and advising on locations/routes to avoid, or if unavoidable, the required increase in vessel security to allow safe passage.
·Threat Assessments for any new country visited to include piracy, terrorism, crime, local laws & customs and general country information which might have an impact on vessel and crew security.
·Provision of periodic piracy updates relevant to vessels according to their area of operation and general trends.
·Provision of a 24/7 telephone line for advise on threat and security matters relevant to vessel and crew.
·Shore side monitoring of vessels in high risk areas with reporting procedures and duress code words.
·Consultation and advice on security equipment and installation.
-Supply of cutting edge security equipment and training including the Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD)
·Consultation on firearms, licensing laws, purchase and storage. Supply of modern effective weapon systems and training if required.
·Security & awareness training packages for all crew prior to the vessel launch to include;
-Security Assessment of the vessel.
-Security and Awareness Training as per the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code lessons 1-7.
-Personal security lessons.
-Vessel and Personnel search techniques to include practical drills.
-Security drills for piracy attack, telephone procedure while under duress and missing crew member drills.
·Supply of additional Security to transit high risk areas.
·Conducting of Medical Trauma and remote medic training and drills for crew members with certification.
·Provision of a Medical reach back facility with 24/7 access to a Trauma Doctor and Paramedic in the event of medical emergencies.
·Provision of a Project Director (a senior company security director).
·Provision of a team leader and small security team per vessel (depending on vessel size, number of crew on board, etc.).
·Provision of VIP personal protection on-shore.
·Supply of Port and Security advance parties
·Supply of service support personnel (local contacts in country with direct lines of communication to government agencies).
